How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat rate of $6.50 to anywhere in the world that the post can be delivered.
Your handmade creation will be packaged in a silk organza drawstring bag and shipped in a secure small box using standard postal delivery. Transit times vary, however US & Canadian orders generally have a transit time of 6 – 8 business days (not including holidays and weekends), any other international order transit times will vary and can take up to 3 weeks – please contact us for specific inquiries.
Gift wrapping, tracking, international or expedited services are available as well, costs will be determined on a case-by-case basis, just send me an email!
How long do the scented items keep their scent?
Cupcakes are lightly scented, but are available unscented as well. Some scents are stronger than others and can last for months or longer.« Back To Top

What is the difference between a charm and a pendant?
Charms are meant for bracelets etc and have a larger jump ring attached. ALL jewelry items are now pierced all the way through with a flat head eye pin, this ensures the pin will not be pulled out and your item lost.« Back To Top

What If I Need An Item ASAP For A Birthday Or Special Occasion?
You may have your order rushed for a $10 fee. This means your order would get pushed to the front of the line and sent out the next day after payment was received rather than the standard 4 to 6 day wait. Rush orders do not affect other orders in line. The rush charge is because, rather than bumping the other’s back…I’ll be staying up even later than usual into the wee hours of the night to get your order made and shipped to you in time. How do I care for my scented jewellery item?
Using good old common sense is always the best, keep in mind that this is handmade jewelery requires some care.
Following these instructions will help your item keep its scent (where applicable) and in generally good condition
- Keep your scented item away from extreme heat, the warmer you keep your jewelery, the shorter the scent will last
- Your item is relatively waterproof, however it is strongly recommended not to wear while bathing or immerse in water
- Not recommended for children under the age of 10 due to the delicate nature of these handmade items.
- Store your item an appropriate place when you are not wearing it – DO NOT store your item in your pocket or purse etc.

Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy:
We always aim for 100% customer satisfaction; therefore if you have any issues concerning a purchased item please contact us IMMEDIATELY so we can do whatever we can to make your experience second to none.
Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of receiving payment – cancellations after that will be are only until time of shipment. Once your item has shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted.
Exchanges will be accepted if an error is made on our part, for example if you asked for sprinkles and I forgot to add them we will either replace your item or refund your shipping cost.
Returns are only accepted in limited circumstances where we are not able to reach a mutual agreement and are accepted with our authorization ONLY. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Once the returned item has been received by us, we will issue a refund less the original shipping costs and a 5% restocking fee. As each item is handmade to order, we do not accept returns unless an error is made on our part. Shipping & rush order costs are non-refundable.
